Tom Erb is a Policy Fellow at the Center for Climate and Energy Solutions (C2ES) where he focuses on market-based policy development at the state, national, and international level. Before joining C2ES, Mr. Erb was the Partner Relations Coordinator for the Carbon Pricing Leadership Coalition at the World Bank. His primary responsibility was mobilizing over 280 diverse partners to advance carbon pricing initiatives across the globe. He has a Bachelor of Arts in public policy analysis from Pomona College in Claremont, California, and is currently pursuing a Master of Professional Studies in legislative affairs at George Washington University in Washington.
