Naila Karamally

Corporate Net Zero Transition Fellow, Center for Climate and Energy Solutions

Naila Karamally is a Corporate Net Zero Transition Fellow at the Center for Climate and Energy Solutions (C2ES). Naila supports the development of comprehensive and credible corporate low-carbon transition plans. Before she joined C2ES, Naila was a Senior Associate of Shareholder Engagement within Ceres Shareholder Initiative on Climate and Sustainability. This work facilitated investor engagement relating to Ceres electric power and carbon asset risk workstreams.

She currently serves as a co-chair of BizNGO & Clean Production Action’s Environmental Justice and DEI working group, which convenes investors, scientists, and sustainability professionals to promote more just and equitable corporate chemicals practices.

Naila received an MBA from the Heller School of Social Policy and Management at Brandeis University, where she created an individual concentration focusing on Finance, Social Impact, and Environmental Sustainability.
