Climate and Trade Associate Fellow, Center for Climate and Energy Solutions

Brock Burton is a Climate and Trade Associate Fellow at the Center for Climate and Energy Solutions (C2ES). He assesses trade policies and helps develop policy approaches that can help decarbonize industrial emissions and spur greater climate ambition and competitiveness of U.S. businesses while supporting growing stakeholder engagement efforts.

Before joining C2ES, Mr. Burton was as a Junior Specialist at the World Trade Organization’s Knowledge Management Division, where he coordinated engagement on emerging issues of international trade and sustainable development policy.

Mr. Burton holds a Master’s in International Affairs specialized in Trade and International Finance from the Geneva Graduate Institute (IHEID) and an undergraduate degree in International Relations from the University of St. Andrews.
