Gaining a Competitive Edge: Building Climate-Resilient Supply Chains

In this webinar, we will explore why the physical impacts from climate change are becoming a key concern for global supply chains and how companies are taking steps to build greater supply chain resilience. We will hear perspectives from companies in different sectors, as well as from the insurance and investor community. The webinar will discuss gaps and opportunities to account for climate risk in supply chain management, and companies will share how they are achieving deeper supply chain visibility and how there are beginning to build the internal support and capacity to improve climate resilience several tiers into their supply chains. Panelists will also discuss which metrics matter for building and translating the business case for internal and external audiences.

The webinar will have two panels of experts. The first of which will focus on why supply chain resilience is increasingly important for businesses. The second panel will focus on how corporations can incorporate resilience into their supply chains for long-term value creation.
