Ohio Adopts Alternative Energy Portfolio Standard
On May 1, 2008, Governor Ted Strickland signed into law a bill that establishes an alternative energy portfolio standard for the state of Ohio.
The bill also creates a renewable energy credit tracking system, which allows utilities to buy, sell, and trade credits to comply with the renewable energy and solar energy requirements. |
