Hadi Banazada is the Senior Manager of Accounting and Audit at the Center for Climate and Energy Solutions (C2ES). In this role, he supports the organization’s finance and accounting operations.

Mr. Banazada bring nearly two decades of finance and accounting experience, including more than 10 years in the nonprofit sector. Prior to joining C2ES, he served in finance management roles with international nonprofit organizations, including as Senior Finance Manager at the Center for International Private Enterprise, as well as with Counterpart International and John Snow, Inc.. In these roles, he managed financial operations, grants, budgeting, reporting, and compliance for international development programs.

Mr. Banazada holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and multiple accounting certifications, including ACCA’s Certified Accounting Technician (CAT) and Chartered Certified Accountant (CCA) credentials. He is currently pursuing the Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation.
