Florida Governor Signs Three Climate Change Related Executive Orders

florida  On July 13, Governor Charlie Crist of Florida signed three climate change related executive orders. Among those measures passed, one calls for the Florida Secretary of Environmental Protection to immediately develop rules to adopt California's motor vehicle GHG emission standards.
