Richard Crowther is the Energy Efficiency Manager for The Coca-Cola Company.  He has strategic responsibility for improving the energy efficiency of the nearly 1,000 Coca-Cola System production facilities spread over more than 200 countries.  His current projects support the Company climate protection objective to 'Grow the business without growing the carbon.'

Mr. Crowther has nearly two decades of diverse experience in the energy efficiency field and is familiar with all aspects of the industry from supply planning and demand reduction to full outsourcing of utility services.  His previous employment experience includes work with both natural gas and electric power utilities along with their unregulated subsidiaries, as well as central utility plant project development with a global Energy Services Company.

Mr. Crowther is originally from Mobile, Alabama and has lived in the Atlanta, Georgia area with his wife and 2 children for the last 20 years.  He has a Bachelors of Mechanical Engineering Degree from Auburn University along with a Masters of Business Administration from Georgia State University and is a Registered Profession Engineer, Certified Energy Manager and Certified Cogeneration Professional.
