C2ES comments to the Public Utility Commission of Texas

C2ES writes in support of two proposals for voluntary rate riders relating to transportation electrification put forward by Entergy Texas. One would allow the utility to own and operate EV home-charging infrastructure after the meter either up to or including the EV charger. The other would temporarily reduce electric bill uncertainty caused by low adoption rates and utility demand charges for separately metered charging equipment, supporting earlier build-out of this necessary charging infrastructure.
