Convened by C2ES, the Plug-In Electric Vehicle Dialogue produced a report that provides a roadmap for coordinated action at the state and local levels to harmonize regulatory approaches across the country, balance public and private investments in charging infrastructure, and help consumers understand the benefits and choices offered by PEVs.
