"Geaux Green" in our Super Bowl contest
To help make sure Super Bowl XLVII in New Orleans is the most sustainable ever, we're encouraging a little eco-friendly competition among fans across the country. C2ES, in partnership with Entergy and the New Orleans Host Committee, has created Geaux Green, offering a virtual playbook of simple steps to save energy and reduce emissions. Fans of the 32 NFL teams are encouraged to compete to show who's the greenest. One lucky fan and a friend will win a free trip to the Super Bowl.

Slow going in Doha
The U.N. Climate Change Conference in Doha, Qatar, adopted a second round of greenhouse gas targets under the Kyoto Protocol, and cleared the way for negotiations toward a successor agreement in 2015. C2ES examines the assumptions behind several recent greenhouse gas projections.
